I seek to draw viewers into a deeper sense of connection with the world around us, and a greater sense of awe for and kinship with all that isn’t human.

I am fascinated by nature in its myriad forms, theoretical physics, and astrophysics, and fuse elements from these inspirations into the portraits I create.

My primary focus is on endangered species, because the escalation of extinctions in the anthropocene haunts me.
